We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in next year’s Business Growth Awards South Wales and are Family-Friendly Business and Customer Service Excellence finalists.
Business Growth Awards South Wales 2022
The Business Growth Awards Wales is an annual presentation to honour and highlight the excellence in the business community in South Wales. These Growth Awards identify and celebrate the leaders, pioneers and creativity of business bringing together the entire business community in Wales.
There are two locations that a business can apply for at the Business Growth Awards, South Wales and West Wales. As we are based in Cardiff, we have applied and been shortlisted for the South Wales category.
Family-Friendly Business Award
We applied for this award due to our focus on education, especially with our personalised space-based products. For example, with our Name A Star products from Star Name Registry, we include some printed information on how the star is made up chemically and other general information about the product and space. Furthermore, our Star Maps products which are available through Maps For Moments, have several designs that are perfect for any age etc., which we believe truly highlight our focus on providing a family-friendly business.
Our products are not the only aspect that makes our business an ideal candidate for this Business Growth Award, however. Through our social media and website, we promote financial education including the importance of cryptocurrency and having a good understanding of the general economy and financial sector. Our CEO, Rhys King, has a significant investment in cryptocurrency and other assets including property, gold and silver. He believes that everyone should have access to at least basic education on financial matters, therefore has ensured that this has been a focus for RGifts.
Customer Service Excellence Award
We can honestly say that our customer service team are one of the best in Wales. We have over 30,000 positive reviews on Trustpilot alone, as well as several positive reviews on Google Reviews and more. We provide 24/7 access to our customer service team globally, constant support through our social media channels, next day delivery with same day dispatch if the order is placed before the cut off time and even free amendments/redeliveries if required.
Ever since the inception of RGifts in 2014, a good level of customer service has been a requirement for our company. When Rhys our CEO launched the company originally, it was based in a flat in Canton, Cardiff which was just above a post office. This was important as it allowed for all orders to be sent out the same day which helped ensure that all customers were satisfied. One of the main reasons that flat was chosen was due to its proximity to a post office so orders could be sent right up until the post office itself closed.
We are so honoured to have been shortlisted in this years Business Growth Awards, especially has it will be a great way to celebrate the hard work our customer service team do 24/7.
